These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Kaiian Agency (“the Agency,” “we,” “us”) and any business entity, vendor, or partner (“Client,” “you”) accessing our professional services or digital platforms.

1. Scope of Services

Kaiian Agency provides specialized business solutions, including but not limited to vendor management, digital marketing, and corporate logistics coordination. Each specific project or service may be subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) which shall supplement these terms.

2. Professional Obligations

  • Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate business credentials and documentation as required by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Intellectual Property: All materials, software, and strategies developed by Kaiian Agency remain the exclusive property of the Agency unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Vendor & Partner Conduct

If you are using this platform as a registered Vendor or Partner:

  • You agree to uphold the quality standards set by the Kaiian brand.

  • You are responsible for all activities occurring under your agency account.

  • Any breach of ethical or legal standards may result in immediate termination of the partnership.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Service Fees: All fees for agency services are quoted in SAR and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Invoicing: Payments are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur administrative fees or service suspension.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of professional and digital services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or business data exchanged during the course of the professional relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kaiian Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising from the use or inability to use our agency services, beyond the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

7. Compliance with Local Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our business practices or regulatory requirements. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
